  1. I bought the bass in late 1990s. It has been well played so there is usual finish wear, some dings and scratches. However, as the relic look on this bass is all natural, it gives the bass a magic feel. The neck is clean and very smooth to play. All in all, the bass is in perfect condition and there isn't any issue with it. The truss rod works as it should. The neck is straight. Set up with a low and fast action. The frets are in great shape as you can see in the pictures. Also all electronics and hardware work as they should. For such a small bass it has a great feel and surprisingly full tone. If you need a lightweight bass to protect your back and shoulder then this bass is just for you.
  2. I offer my beloved Hohner Professional B2A Headless Bass. I will post the bass to UK or anywhere within Europe. I am looking for Ł260 shipped. It will be safely packed and insured. This bass was made in 1980s, with the professional XLR output as well as standard ¼ jack output. All parts are original, including original glossy black finish. The spec: -neck-thru-body construction with solid maple body and neck -Steinberger® licensed hardware -rosewood fingerboard with 24 frets -original HB pickups -active on/off switch with LED, two volume controls, one tone control -works with 9V battery -the scale length is standard size of 34" (864mm) -weight is only 6.2 lbs (2.8 kg) -fold-out leg rest available The only change on the bass is the lacquer striped from the neck years ago. As the result the back of the neck is very smooth and it is beauty to play it. The bass comes with Hohner Proffessional Carrying Case. It is well used, still, the bass is very safe inside. The case is solid enough and the zipper works. Anything extra? I am a little bit punctual person so I had the bass serviced by a very respected guitar and music-gear electrician. When the bass returned from service, I polished the bass and I cleaned the fingerboard with Dunlop Cleaner. Then I used Dunlop Deep Conditioner for the fingerboard. Now it looks very nice and it is perfectly smooth. Another bonus? I put a new set of strings on! What’s more, I will add one more extra set of new strings! Thanks for looking. Vilem
  3. Bump for this beauty! I was really interested in this bass as I have been looking for vintage JB currently. Alessio answered all my questions and sent me plenty of photos. As far as I got to know him, he is a kind of punctual and credible person. By the way, he plays the bass far better than lots of us I was about to make the deal, however, my heart said no eventually. The thing is I prefer sunburst colour. Vilem
  4. I've got very similar made in 1981. Fernando, Julaj is right, yours is from 1980 or 1981, model MC924DS. If you look at the serial number, it begins with a letter. The following two digits show the year of production. By the way, I am looking for a fretless version : )
  5. Such a pretty Precision! Just a pity I cannot afford it right now.
  6. Sold. I received the money through PayPal and now arranging the shippment. Thanks to all of you for looking.
  7. As you can see above, I added the link for real photos. Certainly, thanks for looking. William

  9. I'm offering my one-year-old Fender Rumle 2x8 Bass Cab. In this small and light cab you can find more than you'd expected. It's perfect for home practice and it's also powerful enough for small gigs supporting a folk band or similar. However, if you play 5 string bass I recommend to add a 1x12" cab or buy a bigger one. The cab is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. It's never left my bedroom as I only ever used it at home. So there are zero knocks, scrapes or scratches. A new one you can purchase for about £280. I am looking for £170 posted (by UPS).
