    Hi ......Its the bubinga top i bought it from eubassix on ebay i love it its like a crisper version of the lx4 which is a great bass also...i wish i was still gigging its so light with the best e string i have had.And i haved owned sei/vigier/overwater [still got ow 6 string fretless best fretless ever in my opimion]...thanks for comments all the best john....ps...thanks for warwick info a while ago....

    I am afraid i have fallen for another .waited 20years to try graphite and i hope me and my Zon sonus special will be very happy together!
    But i know what you mean i have had a few basses and its possibly the best gigging bass ever but i am retired from gigging now and think i have found my ultimate 2 basses after many years of trying so trying to lessen the collection.

    Hi....Yes he was in sound control and he made a few guitars for the band i worked for at the time.

    Thanks....its a great bass but i just bought another 4 string & really need to cut back if possible.
