  2. I'm having some strange problems with my super twelve t and can't get hold of anyone there through email, phone or text. Has anyone had problems getting in touch? Any advice? I've been trying for a week. I have gigs and recording... Getting a bit worried....
  3. Price drop? Swap? Need rid before the studio closes and I lose it!
  4. I can't store this in the studio for much longer and I live on a hill... anyone interested? Would rather it go to a basschatter as I got it from here! Kee'sp it in the family and all that.
  5. Hello Diddy. Yep - it's still for sale! I'll send you a PM.
  6. I've been using the guitar version of this on my rig for about 3 years (G9.2tt) - I LOVE the "Z pedal" - really handy for the guitar (I play both bass and guitar in my band) - doing live dub out mixes of reverb / delay, blending on the fly - it's really handy. I've been able to get some truly awesome bass sounds out of it, which has really moulded my sound as a bassist now. The one thing that annoyed me about the G9 is the fact the EQ is useless to a bassist, and I often generate some crazily low harmonics accidentally with some of the crazier effects; there's no bass synth, and the thing is actually quite heavy for a pedal.... The B9 seems to tick all the boxes and it's a steal... I might be tempted to get the bass version instead of the guitar one. Seems to have the Z delay and step filters that I love, as well as the Fuzzface and Tubescreamer distortions I use on my geet. Has anyone else made the transition and managed to sucessfully transfer G9 patches across to the B9?
  7. It's miiiiine! (well, unless Westie has changed his mind!)
  8. Cheers Bassilla! Kestizz - I'm in Leeds, although I travel around a lot with my job - I'll PM you
  9. Cheers guys! Yeah - confirmed it will destroy small towns. Played a gig with it this weekend and got in trouble with the venue owner, soundman and other band members. When something doesn't clip, you can't resist turning it up....!
  10. Jim of Ledge! Looks well nice does that mate!! Never caught that beer did we?!
  11. Ok... it's not at all... It's funny though! Anyone used www.gizoogle.net before? 14. Now then! I'm taking the plunge and spending more than all my money on a brand spanking new Barefaced Super Twelve T, after a healthy amount of overtime at work! So the Hartke cab is up for grabs. It's a beast. I bought it from the forums only about 5 months ago and replaced one of the drivers with a new one as it was beginning to clip. What to tell you... It's in great condition, other than a little graze on the front grille. Sounds punchy, low, glassy, and plenty of mids (which I EQed out..!) The main problem I had with this cab was the fact I have to park my car down a hill from where I live. A sack cart helped massively, but I still struggle - especially in the cold weather!!! Turns out I was a bit optimistic! The new driver - I paid £90 from Hartke, and I bought the cab for the bargain price of £85. I'd be really happy with offers around £150. Nice festive pressie for someone?! I'd recommend picking the cab up due to the size. I got it couriered when I bought it, which (a) cost a fortune and ( probably helped the speaker fail. I really wouldn't recommend anyone going down that route. oh and (c) the courier nearly broke his back lifting it from the lorry by himself...! Can provide better pics upon request! Woody
  15. Hello! I'm in a bit of a situation whereby an event I'm playing in East London on Saturday need me to bring my own backline (yep... we're the only band with bass guitar...!). I commute from Leeds, and have recently (stupidly) got rid of my emergency amp from London. I wouldn't normally hesitate driving, but this Sat will be my first day off working 12 x 12 hour days straight. I really need to sleep on the train down! It's a really great gig, for Soundcrash (If you're into new soul / funk / electronica, you might have heard of them. At the Dalston Roof Park. There's a BBQ, and it lasts all day. If you can help, I can sort you petrol money and a guestie. And beer too, as long as someone else is driving you! http://www.soundcrashmusic.com/roof-party-ii/ It's a real shot in the dark... Can anyone help please? We're a 7 piece Orchestral Electronica thing... likened to Portishead, Zero 7, Massive Attack, Fink, Lamb... that kinda vain.. we have a vid here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l00A_TyUrmA Woody
  16. Hi there, Interesting ad. Would you take £100 for the cab? Cheers, Woody
