no, I like some Neil Young stuff, but not this one particularly, still wouldn't do for us all to like the same stuff would it? otherwise everybody would love or hate the Beatles :)

Not a fan of Neil Young
    , but LOVE this song!

As to the Beatles, still have to make time for them.... Rather listen to Zeppelin

  2. All the best! And the only advice I can give you, is that everybody in the States seems to have a lot of connections in the music business ....

Don´t buy that and proceed with caution!

Other than that, just have a good time! .)

  3. Hello,

I´ve just came across this beautiful Ibanez, but can't find the proper model!

Can you guys help me with it?

It´s made in Japan and the serial starts with F99 - note the lack of dots on the neck....

  4. lololol I use gloves when I play with this one lolol

Yeah, the tuners appear on vintage Yamahas (I had a couple - one was so mint that it even had the original - and very rare - key to set-up the tuners ) - but the tuner head on the Yamahas are different.

I also had some Cimars - but neither of them had cool tuners - both were crappy...

I´ll keep my eyes open for one tuner (in case you find another, please let me know)

  5. Great bass!

Bought an El Maya - it rivals my Precisions - it was a mess (and still is) but has a lot of mojo (and I plan to keep it that way)

BTW, need one of those tuners! They´re just like the ones from vintage Yamaha´s, but have the clover leaf (like yours do)

PS All original except for the Squier tuner and gold anodized original fender pickguard (that hides a huge hole...) and knobs.

silly me, what a pratt I am, assuming that anybody who used this site had a least one bass, shame you live in Plymouth, I've got an Encore bass you could have for nothing, because that's what it is worth (as mentioned earlier I found it leaning against a dustbin)

Why don´t you just ship it to him? I´m sure it will only cost 10 pounds..,

If you´re interested, I´d be more than happy to participate in the shipping costs in order to help a fellow bass player get a bass!
