1. Hi all, Here we have a Warwick 411PRO bass cab, in very good condition. Owned since new (around 10 years old), has not seen a lot of use and is just sitting around at the moment - hence the sale. I believe these are out of production, extremely solid and produce excellent sound quality and high headroom. info from Gear4music: Special designed speakers are housed in specially designed cabinets which optimize bass response and high SPL values. Internal props guarantee a minimum of vibration and road worthy stability. Features/Specifications:

Power rating: 600W (max. 800W)
8 ohms (also available with 4 ohms)
106dB
4 x 10" speakers (power rating 150W, max. 200W, 8 ohms, 94dB, resonant frequency: 50Hz, frequency range: 45Hz-3500Hz)
HF horn with attenuator (power rating 30W, max. 40W, 8 ohms, 95dB, resonant frequency: 2,5kHz, frequency range: 1,2kHz-20kHz)
Bass reflex housing
Further Specs:

Weight: 39 kg
Dimensions (W/H/D): 0,62 x 0,67 x 0,49 m
Looking for £280, no trades please. Based in Camberley, Surrey - local pickup or can deliver to 30 mile radius for petrol money. Due to the size/weight I will not be able to ship unless buyer arranges. Cheers, Chris
 2. Interested to hear what people's views on the Alusonic basses are. I really like this video, they seem to have a great punch.
 3. bump - trade options added - looking for 6x10 or 8x10 (preferably Ampeg but others will be considered).
 4. Here we have a Schroeder 410L in great condition. Purchased 3 years ago from this very forum. These fire out 1200W of power through four 10" speakers (2 of which are slanted into the cabinet, for reasons of keeping the weight down I believe). I have played several shows with it, and it is holds it's own extremely well, masses of headroom for a 4x10, and could more than handle my valve head. Extremely light as well, I was easily able to carry it around for a fair distance without getting tired (even one-handed!). Some specs:

Drivers: 4 10" custom neodymium woofers
Horn: 200W titanium super tweeter
Inputs: 1/4" and Speakon in/out
Frequency Response: 40Hz–18kHz
Impedance: 4 Ohms
Watts: 1200W RMS
Maximum Decibels: 103dB SPL @ 1W/1M
Weight: 58 lb.
Dimensions: 23-1/2" W x 23-1/22" H x 16" D
NOW GONE Pics: Thanks, Chris
 5. SOLD Here we have my Ernie Ball Music Man StingRay 3EQ in a beautiful candy apple red finish (sparkles slightly under direct light). Bought brand new from Andertons in 2007, has been gigged fairly regularly but always taken care of. Comes with the official Musicman Stingray case included. A couple of very small dings in the body and some belt rash (only seen in direct light), not effecting sound or playability at all. Other than that no faults with any of the hardware or electronics. Set-up and cleaned with a nice low action and new Elites strings. These basses speak for themselves, really. Through the 3-band EQ you can punch in a lot of different tones, but all with that classic Stingray bite that cuts through the mix be it for metal or dub. Extremely solid and well constructed chrome hardware and high-output pickups. I'm moving over to 5-strings so unfortunately she has to be moved on to a new home. Looking for £800. May be open to trades but must be a 5-string. Based in Camberley, Surrey - collection ideally but can post at buyers expense or deliver in a 100 mile radius at cost potentially. Message me and I’m sure we can sort something! Thanks, Chris
 6. Here is the finished job if anyone cares!
 7. You are indeed correct, had a bit of a brain fog last night, you simply squeeze the connector together and it unplugs. D'oh! A couple of soldered wires, new input jack, polish, battery and new strings and she's back to life! It must have been 5 years she has been lying in state, packed away and forgotten about. Sounds growly and vibrant, sounds like shes angry at me haha. Thanks so much for your input, appreciate it! Chris
 8. Do you know what year this is? I have the Fender Bassman 300PRO, I believe they are the same, either way they are beastly! Great price also.
 9. Apologies, I should have been clearer. The circuit board connected to the (stacked) EQ pot got broken somehow (don't ask!) so I ordered a new one through Warwick, and am in the process of swapping them out. So far I have loosened/taken off the EQ pot to release it, and de-soldered a wire and now I need to disconnect this part that goes from the EQ to the Volume. Below is a picture before I started, you can see the chip off the EQ board. EQ board on the right, volume board on the left. Hopefully this helps?
 10. Hi all, Apologies for the noob-ness of this post but I am going through the process of changing out the EQ-pot circuit in my Warwick Corvette, and need to disconnect the 4 wires that go from it to the volume pot circuit board. They are soldered to the board via a plastic holder as the picture below shows. I need to disconnect them, them fit the new ones in their place from the new EQ board. Please advise the best way to go about this, would be extremely grateful! Thanks, Chris
 11. Hi all, Just bought a brand new amp so this is up for sale. Comes with the flightcase as shown in the pictures below. Discontinued Ashdown MK500, Mark King Signature. Brilliant clean tone, extremely powerful putting out 575W @ 4 ohms. 12-band graphic EQ, Harmonic Emphasis switch which adds a new strings type of "sheen" to the tone. VU Meter, input/output volume pots, mute switch, post/pre eq output switch, DI out, and speakon or 1/4" jack speaker output options. 2U rackmount size, 14kg. Had it about 6 years now, has been mainly used as a back-up to my valve amp, and for certain times when the valve beast has been too much hassle! More info found from the Ashdown website: http://ashdownmusic....egacy/89/MK500/ Warwick 2U rackmount unit included as stated. No trades please, cash/bank transfer/Paypal. Ideally to be picked up from Camberley, Surrey but can post or deliver it myself potentially (at buyers cost). Please message me to discuss. Thanks! Chris
 12. Lovely bass, would you consider trade for either a 1970s Gibson Grabber or 2007 Musicman Stingray?
 13. I need to get my Fender Bassman 300PRO looked at - can anyone recommend a decent tech in the Camberley - Guildford area? Would be willing to travel a bit. I believe Steve Rowse is out of the equation now according to his site? Thanks in Advance
 14. Thanks for your reply guys, I'll post more pics in a couple of days, bass isnt with me at the moment.
 15. Hi guys, I have a Warwick Corvette Standard from 2004 I believe, and it's busted. Upon inspecting the electronics compartment it appears that the chip that connects to the battery connection as well as through to the stacked EQ pot has broken...please see image (just to the left of the input connection) Please please please could somebody with knowledge point me in the right direction for a fix for this? If you need more info let me know. Much appreciated!
