  1. Oops, sorry BOD2, I;m new ! I;ll get the hang of this someday ! (hopefully someday soon). And, I dont exactly know what a "sticky"is..? But the thread is definatley worth another. erm....thanks,
  2. Hey Penguin, that photo tutorial was fantastic!. I spotted the thread and thought, ok, I'll have a gander...and it is great, but, it reminded me that when I got my '89 MIJ P Bass, I put a small piece of paper in that same place with my name and address on, in case it got stolen !...hmmm....it usually plays ok, but after not gigging for six years now (families hey) I have noticed that its buzzing a bit, probably have to have a set-up before next regular use. Once again, great thread. Thanks.
  3. Hi Discreet, Thanks for your reply, yep, thats the 300w version. and very nice too! At least that price of £400 gives me an Idea, although that was with a cab. With a little bit of input from more BCers.I should get a better idea though. Thanks again.
  4. Great pics Guys, Just wonder if trace_n_bass's real name is Clive Button?....ASTOUNDING. Hope the floor is Reinforced!!
  5. Hi all, I'm new to this site, and its great to be here. I'm after a little advice. I have a Marshall Silver Jubilee series 3560 600watt bi-amped head and I an thinking of selling, as it no longer gets used. Thing is...I don't know how much it is worth, so, I thought I might ask you guys to give me an idea on the price I should be asking? I know that asking this is akin to loading my captors revolver and handing it to him butt first! but I believe I would get a more honest response from you guys and gals in the field, rather than taking it to a shop that would want to give me thee quid for it ( and be thankful for that ). Sooo, I think it was made in '87 full tranny 3U in a 4U grey tolex Head/box with a 1U blank above. the chrome front is peeling a little in places and there have been two XLRs added to the outputs on the rear panel, also there are a few small tears in the tolex , but in all a good looking amp, and heavy enough to stop those four cabs from blowing away when your drummer tries to string a sentence together ( sorry Guys... couldn't stop myself). Anyway, think thats enough for my first post, gonna have a nosey through the threads now. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers.
