3.
Just a feeler at the moment but I might be selling my American Ampeg SVT-610 cabinet. It's in perfect working order and excellent condition, a few minor scratches here and there but nothing really important. It's a great sounding cab, very powerful and very easy to move around. It has served me very well but, maybe it's time for a change lol No pictures until Thursday I'm afraid. Anyone interested? Get in touch.
hi there, i am looking for an ampeg 6x10. what price do you want ?. are you looking for a trade?.
4.
MB1. Think you mean GOT Warwick !....WANT Ampeg!..in your title!
you are not wrong. cheers!!
5. hi guys, looking to trade my warwick cabs for an ampeg 6 x 10. i have Warwick WCA411-4PRO & WCA 211-PRO. only had them a few months and are in excellent condition. Bought them as a full Warwick rig ( 500 watt profet 5.2 amp) but the amp played up so it went back. have bought an old Ampeg V-6B amp which sounds great, hence looking for ampeg cab. have fitted the 4 x10 with good quality castors, although the cab really isn't very heavy. these cabs look and sound great. will post pics if anyone is interested.
6. hi guys, lefty from cheshire uk. liking the lefty corner. have a custom built SG bass if anyone is interested. hardly played. based on the 64 model.
7.
I am getting back into playing and may end up joining a band which I guess may lead to gigs at some point. What sort of size amp combo would be suitable for pubs and small clubs? I have been looking at the Ashdown MAG-C115-300 Pre Amp Combo but its 300W so is this a bit overkill?? They also do the Ashdown EB 15-180 Combo but thats only 180W so will that be underpowered? The prices are good at around £200 to £250 and I may even be able to get discount through a friend. Its just what sort or power rating do I want. Also, no idea if Ashdown are any good. Any advice really appreciated. Thanks
hi there i have used the roland db500 combo for a few years and have found it to be perfect for small to medium gigs. its rated at 160 watt but the sound is much much bigger than that. you can check out the spec anywhere and you WILL NOT find a bad review. i also have one for sale if you are still looking. dont just take my word for it. check it out.
8. hi guys, i have a Roland DB500 combo for sale. two years old in great condition. sounds fantastic. (you can pick up reviews for this combo almost anywhere) have gigged it with my blues rock band for two years and it has been brilliant . am only selling because have just started to do Zeppelin tribute and the look just isn't right. i'm looking for offers AROUND £280 but may negotiate. also have custom built Gibson EB3 (SG) bass LEFTY for sale. based on the 64 model (four pot) with three way switch. finished in cherry laquer with rosewood fretboard this guitar looks and sounds amazing. will submit more photos if anyone interested. cheers. error. should be posted in for sale topic. cant manage to switch it.
9. hi, are the cabs still for sale?. how old are they?.
10. hi guys, new to the site. here's a quick profile. age 49 been gigging on and off for 30 yrs. currently playing in a zeppelin tribute. (hardest stuff yet) play fender jazz, and gibson SG (64 model) (left hooker) both custom built. rig is a Roland DB500 FFR combo, but i'm looking to buy a Markbass 6x10 cabinet and SD800 head. looking forward to meeting a few like-minded players. ps , the gibson is for sale if any lefties are interested.
