I've got one of these too, massively under-rated and the only bass I kept from the 70s.

***BUMP FOR PRICE REDUCTION TO £1500***

Will put some pics up tomorrow, having a bit of pruning session on the collection so this one has to go.

Its a Warwick 5 through neck unlined fretless from 2003 - completely mint and as new save for a little light string marking to the board - no visible discoloration of the neck finish, the making is very light indeed and I only mention it as I am OCD :-)

No reason for sale other than it doesn't get played enough - I rarely play fretless but have found this one a doddle to play on the occasions that i have gigged it.

Not much to add, MEC pickups and electronics, 3 band EQ, active/passive operation, tone to die for and in mint condition and complete with Warwick flightcase which is also mint apart from two small nicks in the covering - current RRP for these German basses is around £4,000 I believe!!!

Pics to come, tried taking them tonight but the flash is mucking things up.

Just to clarify - I am looking for a sale on this bass so no trades please.

UK RRP on these basses is £2,899 (if you can find one!) so this is a very keenly priced bass as it is completely as-new and pretty much unused.

Re-listing my bass as the original posting appears to have gone awry.

A beautiful Suhr Classic J in Firemist Gold - passive setup so fantastic tone.

Absolutely no issues, unmarked and as new, looking for £1950 ovno.

Bought by me from the Bass Gallery in 2011 and pretty much unplayed since then (too many basses!), built in 2008 for a session player.

The neck is very much classic J with a 7.25" radius birds eye maple fingerboard which is beautifully figured

Body is Alder, tuners are Hipshot

Comes with the original hardshell case which is also as-new.

Trials welcome in Chester or I can meet in the Midlands or London with a little notice.

Price is pretty firm as I dont need to sell - just need the room and for the bass to be enjoyed :-)

The bass is passive and has a beautiful clarity of tone as a result.

Finished in Shoreline Gold with a figured gloss maple neck. Built in 2008.

Rarely available in the UK.

Totally mint, unmarked and as new - hardly played as i need a 5 for most of the stuff that i do. Supplied complete with original hard case also mint + build sheet etc from [color="#ff0000"]Suhr[/color] guitars.

Looking for £2,000 ovno, UK retail is around £3,000 last time I looked so if you want an "as new" Suhr this is a bargain.

Trials welcome in Chester (northern UK) - can also ship against cleared funds.

Hi, not sure whether you would be interested in a trade with adjustment - the Suhr plays and sounds like a top end pre-cbs Jazz but is better built with none of the foibles....

I tried it alongside a £6.5k pre-cbs in the gallery and this played and sounded way better....

Hi, in terms of a trade I may be also interested in a 4 string Sadowsky but only if active (which i think most if not all Sadowskys are?).

I am also potentially interested in top-end lightweight amps/cabs....
