I think this joke deserves more recognition. -
I'm the other way - I've moved from pick to fingers. Easier to do string-jumping but harder to keep rhythm, I'd say.

Always the best way to do it. If I didn't go out of a weekend I'd save about £20 a week. £80 a month isn't to be sniffed at!

The best advice I can give is to invest in a decent pair of monitors for yourselves and also to leave the trickiest songs until the audience are hammered.
