Recently got a Highway 1 Jazz which has the BadAss II on it as standard - it's a good lump (but I needed a 0.05" allen key to adjust the saddles and they're a bit less than standard!)

It’s a Hipshot kickass bridge. A very well machined item. Much nicer than the Badass 2

The string spacing is fixed at 19mm. Andre (the designer of the bridge) told me that he could make me a new base plate if I was dissatisfied with the spacing.

i think I will keep it as is. It’s very comfortable to me

Very nice, congratulations. Jerry Dorsch makes really good graphite necks. For us in Europe they do get a bit pricey compared to Status Graphite, but then again you cannot order a headless neck from Rob & Dawn.

I agree. I called Status first. They are the best in the business imo.

i was disappointed to find out that they couldn’t  fill my order but fortunately, Jerry was very accomodating and built a neck just for me.

he was also expedient finishing in about a month

I simply called him (Jerry) on the phone.then followed up by email
