1. I don't think direct newbies should be allowed to sell anything straight after joining...other forums (sorry to mention guitar) have a "50 posts prompt" before you can even go into the classifieds..which feels more like an aniciation.

Sorry to hear what happened man, I do trust everyone on here..and they are very helpful. Altho I dont think I'll trust the guy who sold it to you now.

  2.
Gah! I hadn't realised that I'd actually said £600. The guy was from the States and I may have had it in my mind to give a ball-park figure of £600 for the conversion to $... Well the bloke from the States could have had an even greater bargain if he'd called my bluff at £600 :)
Indeed he would have! if only he took advantage ahh well...

lol scrolling down, seeing pics of this tempts me...WHY!?!?

  3.
You had me panicking for a moment there! No it was put up for £700 and subsequently reduced to £640... no point in having different prices I'd better log on and reduce it accordingly!
LMAO! it kinda made me think..it was in the basses for sale section and a member (Andrew O) asking for a Warwick Streamer stg 1

    exact quote.
    Andrew O:

if u guys wouldnt mind, let me know when a 1990-95?(so its just like zenders) 4 string streamer comes. I don't know if I'll be able to buy it, but I really want one now! Thanks
    andrew

    Warwickhunt:

Zender had a lot of Warwicks and his first one was older than '90

I assume that you mean a natural finish... shame as I have a blue '91 Stage I available @ £600 (GBP) or depending upon where you are in the world approximately 900 euro, $1200. I realise that it is probably the natural finish you require but it's here if you are interested

    correct it man!

Can't work out what all the switches might be for? :)
That control section of the pickguard reminds me of a Marcus miller bass..

Beats me what they are for, nice lil project to do up ;)

  5.
I've had an offer on the Streamer but the guy can't pay till the end of the month... if anyone wants this you effectively have 2 weeks to make your mind up!
The Race is on I guess...who will win this?

  6. Hey,

I love this song..but play it improvisingly...it sounds remotely like the original but would much like to know or find a tab with the exact zender lines, does anyone know where? or any?

Its damn peaceful for me not to play!...its hard to find a band who like JMQ and want to play it.

I'll have to knock on jaykays door sometime..hes not too far from me.

    Cheers peeps

  7.
Just look at that headstock, it doesn't look right to me...

Woa..the custom body decal is way to close to the name, could this be a factory error? or someone's foolish attempt at applying a decal? *shrugs*

Would have fooled me, I never buy Fender's off ebay..I can't trust them, so probs...but others make up from squiers.

  8.
Very sexy!! I love the look of triple pickup Gibson designs...
I drooled outside the shop window when I saw this...for sometime. It was an impulsive buy (as usual) closest thing I cud think of at the time to hendrix's one..*pfft* but his is a gibson.

cmon..someone must be interested in this beauty..Im just neglecting it

  9.
I'm selling this as I don't play guitar anymore. Has any effect you can think of, plus it has a tube for the overdrive!! Very authentic distortion.

Excellent condition - has one scratch across it were the plug had dragged when I stored it under the bed :)

Very sturdy metal case - bit of a waste not to gig with it...there are some reviews here:

    http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews...iTech/RP-7/10/1

Never been abused/gigged. Bedroom use only.

Looking for £120 posted. These were very highly regarded a few years ago.

Collection possible from Hull, Yorkshire. I'll post some pictures if there's any interest.
lol that reli tempting for me to buy...if only I was madly in love with guitar still....I'd whip this, the only effect I've had in my guitar playing time (8 years) was a slim jap fuzz box...it got me thru

I'm forwarding this to a friend of mine, an effect maniac!..he'd be interested.

  10. Pete Is A Great Guy! He deserves alot of credit for his generocity, honesty and his immense bass playing.
His band are awesome! (not being paid to say that, they reli are!!..)

Bought a Warwick Streamer Stage 1 off him, and Im endlessly delighted I accepted his offer..its a one of a kind, immaculate
bass and IMHO the best one I've had a go on and actually own now lol, Thanks for the extra's you threw in mate! you made it a once in a lifetime deal that I couldn't refuse. If only I met more top guys like pete..

It was a pleasure to meet him, all the best for the future man. I owe you one!

    Pedro

  11.
He plays on the same squash ladder as me, I would ask him next time we play but it's kind of a difficult questtion to phrase:

"Stuart, are you getting rubbish or is it just me??"
lol I'm not saying he's rubbish...if you listen to the old jamiroquai, it gives you such a rush to hear his funky basslines..

It's probably not zender it might even be Ronson Going "NO!..no, play what I say or put that bass down"

    encourage Zender to break-through..upstage Ronson.

  12. Hey!

I've been a huge fan of Mr Zender throughout the years, his bass technique is out-standing..

but I've noticed, now since hes joined mark ronson.. I cant hear him! live stuff, his bass lovely as it is, sounds quite thin and not hard hitting. also I've noticed the melodic basslines now seem basic?

    Any thoughts?

  13. Thats nice! It's not bad nic...not a fan of the corvette shape but the tonewoods quality, I've seen these go cheaper second hand but your probably compensating the price towards the precision your wanting..

I'd have admittedly considered buying that lol...though Ive fallen in love with a Streamer Stage 1
