Yeah I saw that this morning, I’m not surprised , wasn’t me 😁

Honestly think they could have put another 1k on that Pino Precision and someone would have paid it. Glad they didn't tho.

I'm intrigued. Why does anyone need set list software? What does it do?

I've always just written the set list down on a bit of paper and stuck it somewhere I can see it.

As someone who deps/theatre gigs/cruise ship gigs, you need some sort of software ideally to keep track of scores and songs.

Any cruise ship band worth their salt should know 300/400 songs. Im not saying you have to know them off by heart, but that's where the iPad comes in and having the ability to pull up the score or chart in seconds is invaluable.

Been a long time since I have seen people using paper sets or handwritten notes. But maybe that's just the area/gigs I do?

That's a tough one. Where are you coming from? My suggestion would to have a band member drive in early with the gear. Leave it somewhere secure at the venue overnight along with the vehicle and go back and collect it next day.

    Depends on venue obviously.

We used to play a venue Friday Nights and Saturday Nights and leaving the large drums, hardware and amps overnight was fairly safe.

Coming from South Coast! So need to be back late that night ideally.

Guys are going day early to setup the PA. So I'm going direct into the PA. Saves me taking a Cab.

Just didn't know if anyone had gigged central at NYE before.

  5. Anyone gigging in London this NYE?

I know we cant drive into Zone 1, and you can't cross the bridges even on foot after 2pm. Was wondering if anyone had any advice about getting in?

Thinking of driving to a tube stop in Zone 2 then tube into central >.<
