Only made for about a year, a good simple workhorse of a bass but with great tone. Obviously there are some play marks and a few small dings here & there but nothing serious or structural.[/size][/font][/color] [color=#000000][font=Arial][size=5]Please don't expect a mint instrument but she is in remarkable condition really. The bound neck shows just a little fret wear, the rear of the neck is lovely with just one light mark towards the body. The tortoiseshell finished head stock is in fine condition with just the usuel finish marks etc around the top, but no damage.[/size][/font][/color] [color=#000000][font=Arial][size=5]She plays well, some of the controls are a little noisy so probably wants a good service and setup and the earth needs some attention. Currently strung with ancient flat wounds. She has a lovely warm tone on the neck pickup and the bridge one has a real honk to it. The plastic switch tip is missing, but the switch works fine.[/size][/font][/color] [color=#000000][font=Arial][size=5]The front strap button has been moved at some to the other lower side so there is a screw hole.[/size][/font][/color] [color=#000000][font=Arial][size=5]So overall for a near 60 year old bass she is lovely.
