I am selling my Steinberger Synapse 5 String fretted bass. It comes with the original box, gig bag and Allen keys (attached to bass).

The bass is in 'as new' condition and has no noticeable fret wear or marks apart from one small ding recently acquired on the neck which does not fall under the fingers when playing..

Happy to post and also happy to travel a sensible distance to meet. I am based in East London.

I am looking for a Sandberg 5 string Jazz type bass to replace it with. I would consider a Part X with a lightish 5 string.

I have a Steinberger Synapse 5 that I would like to move on. I assume that you'd not be in interested in that? However, if I could move on the Steiny then I would be interested.

Do you know whether the Dynaverb is one of those made after 2008?

I have been reading a thread on replacing V1 in the GB Streamliner 900 and understand that Mr Foxes used to have a selection of excellent vintage replacements available. Do you still have an EEC81 to sell Mr Foxes and, if so for how much?

I live in London E1 and work in London NW6 but as the post says I'm happy to drive a few miles to meet if this helps.

It is tweeterless, without a tweeter, has no tweeter. It is in fact a Midget and not a Midget T :-)

Has anyone on here ever posted a Barefaced Midget cab?

If so have you any idea of postage costs/the best service to use (Royal Mail/DHL/UPS etc)?

What about getting hold of packaging (a good strong box)?

I am selling my Barefaced Midget which is in perfect condition having been protected in a Roqsolid custom felt lined case from new. I bought it from Alex at Barefaced in December 2011. I have used it with my acoustic (except for me) 3 piece for rehearsals and a dozen or so gigs. It is the black steel fronted version with 2 speakon sockets. Collection from NW London is preferred but I can post if the buyer pays. I am also willing to drive a few miles to meet the buyer if this might help.

For those who don't know about Barefaced the Midget uses a 12" speaker. Barefaced are renowned for their sound quality, sensitivity and power handling. This Midget handles 600 watts and is 8ohms. It only weighs 20lbs.
