1. Some sound samples. Electricity is bad in a 80 year old house so ignore the cycle hum in some clips. Lots of different sound shaping options from overdriven tones to synthy gated buzz. Separate dirt and clean volume give countless possibilities. Alright this didn't work, hopefully zip will be fine: https://www.dropbox.com/s/h5e2jylqlieuyix/clips.zip.zip
2. I have a fresh, unopened set of these strings for sale. £20 shipped anywhere within Europe. Trades possible for any long-scale 4-strings set. Inquiries through pm.
3. Traded pedals with Stephen and everything was exactly like we agreed through emails.
4. Traded alleva coppolo lg5 with Rainer. Fast, honest and helpful communication and fender I received was extremely well packed for shipping. No problem whatsoever. Thank you for a really pleasant trading experience and enjoy your new bass
5. Dots may be out of line. It never affected playability whatsoever and I've used this bass on many gigs and recording sessions.
6. More trade options: fender american vintage P ('63 or others), possibly jazz '64 as well.
7. SOLD Again for sale my alleva coppolo lg5 standard bass. Details: - 2010/2011, - sonic blue poly finish with matching headstock, - 60' pickup spacing, - action at 12th fret is 3,35 mm (B string) and 2,60 mm (G string), - 3,5 - 4,0 kg, - superficial dings only, - active/passive modes via push/pull volume knob, - knobs: vol/vol/tone/treble/bass (the last two only in active mode) Description: the bass is 3 years old, it has couple dings, all shown in pictures below. Sturdy gig bag is included, shipping in a styrofoamed and safe packing, insured only or arranged by buyer. The bass is located in Slovenia, worldwide shipping, shipping is at buyer's cost. EDIT: Action was initially set lower and raised later by my tech, so spacings mentioned above can be reduced. Trade only for gibson (preferably 50th anniversary) thunderbird bass + money. All other questions on pm. Pictures: Below you can see the mark where left screw popped out when I first changed strings. This was because it was barely screwed in and it didn't held up to release and load of pressure when putting on new strings. The piece of wood that was chipped off was glued back on and the screw was tightened so the problem never occurred again. It doesn't affect playability and functionality of bass at all.
8. Hello govons, sorry, only interested in 50th anniversary gibson t-bird.
9. lozbass is correct about finish and pickups are top notch. As for trades I would trade for 50th anniversary thunderbird gibson bass.
10. SOLD I'm putting up for sale my alleva coppolo lg5 standard bass. I'm still not really sure I want to sell it but it's just not used as much as such a bass should be. It's 3 years old, always taken care of. However, the first time I put new strings on one of the small screws holding bar above the nut came out when tightening the strings because it was barely screwed into headstock (and I blame Jimmy for that as no one in their right mind would double check every screw on a "straight-out-of-the-factory" bass of such fame and price). This resulted in slightly splintering the surrounding area on headstock - a small piece came off which was later glued back on the same spot after screw was securely tightened back into headstock. This is solely aesthetical and absolutely doesn't affect playability nor does it compromise any other functionality of bass. Then there are some other minor dings on the side and back, most very small and seen only at right angle and light. I tried to document everything of pics so it can be seen below. Other than that, it's '60 string spacing, passive and active modes (via push-pull volume knob), sky blue finish with matching headstock, hipshot tuners and standard plate bridge. Despite the initial setback on day 1 the bass later turned out to be an amazing piece, a true workhorse which never ever let me down on gigs and in studio. I always received compliments about sound. It goes from deep and very organic with neck pickup to biting and extremely articulate with bridge pickup and some technique adjustment. The tone knob is especially useful for taming high frequencies and enhancing the mid and mid-high frequencies, thus providing a more punchy and barking tone. Tons of different sounds but all of them one step above typical jazz bass sound. It works very well with effects, too. As stated before, I would really hate to let it go but I can't justify keeping it in bedroom either. Edit: weight is between 3,5 and 4,0 kg, shipping in gig bag and altogether in another shipping package, stuffed with styrofoam. I will ship it insured only. It comes in a sturdy and ergonomic gig-bag (it even has its own "raincoat" ). Trades update: I'm interested in 50th anniversary thunderbird gibson bass + cash my way or fender american vintage series '63 P bass (would also consider '58 P and '64 jazz). Below are some pictures. Notice the small dent where left screw comes into headstock: Small dent on the right:
11. Yep, on the outside it stands up to its name, it's true however the sounds are really nice. From tamed distortion to destruction fuzz. Octron 2 is on hold till next week.
12. Some more pics (apologies for poor quality) of brown dog. Mint condition. 170 shipped. On the last pic you will see screws missing. Well they actually aren't missing, they're back on the pedal, holding rubber feet in place. At the time of taking these pics the pedal was still on pedalboard which is why I took rubber feet off.

Feedback for sk8

Bought a pedal from Mike, great communication, fast shipping. Flawless.
14. WITHDRAWN Chunk systems brown dog: bought off BC, the pedal is in perfect condition (functionally and aesthetically). It comes with original box and instructions. Reasons for trading/selling: it has too many settings for me (it's not difficult to use at all, I just prefer plug&play pedals) and I already have a fuzz which suits me fine. .
15. I just bought a pedal from Ted and it was very easy, swift communication and the pedal is completely as described. A pleasant experience and a great guy to deal with. Thanks again!
