No worries. To be fair it's a standard fender colour ( vintage white.....or something like that) and they still produce this model in this colour.

Just sold my EBMM clone to Kert in a very straightforward deal. Paid the asking price promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.

Ha! I think the lighting wasn't too good when I took the original pictures but it is a fairly pale yellow. If you want to pm me with your email address I'll take some more pictures in the good daylight and send them to you if you want?

Just for a reality check, if you'd put this through a real auction house, what do you think the outcome would have been?

You would have been obliged to sell it, as it's a legally binding contract.......as is Ebay.

The reality is, when you listed it, you were happy with the contract terms (by implication), however, you weren't at the end of the sale.

You broke the contract because it didn't suit you anymore.

Not a cheat, but morally bankrupt.

You're right, did sound a bit heavy. Used a suitcase spring balance to weight it, must be inaccurate as I just popped it on the bathroom scales and it weighed in at 10lb.

Weighs in at around 9-10lb

Just weighed this, and it's around 6 kilos.

Cheers Discreet, I've tried to price it realistically. In all honesty, the bass is up for sale for exactly what I paid for it (without the East) some 5 or 6 years ago, but I would be taking a hit on the East as I bought that new.

If I get no takers at the full price, I'll remove the East and sell it separately.
