I'm selling my Digitech Bass Synth Wah. This pedal hasn't seen much use and is in very good condition, so I've decided to sell it to re-invest in a decent volume pedal. New they run at about £70, so I'm asking a modest £50. Item comes boxed, but does not include a power supply. Oh and apparently Chris Wolstenholme from Muse uses one! Some info from Digitech:

Whether you're playing ska, reggae, or funk, the Bass Synth Wah™ is simply the most versatile bass envelope filter pedal on the market, with seven different bass envelope filter types to choose from. I do not have the box or manual, but this is so unbelievably easy to use I doubt you'll need it! Here's some info from Boss:

  4. SOLD
EDIT - PRICE DROP BEFORE EBAY ON FRIDAY! NOW £300
(includes gator flight case - no key sorry)

Selling my Ampeg B5R (500W max see below), I've been using this with my Warwick 4x10 cab (also for sale) really versatile head.
2 channels allow you to combine clean with overdrive for those of us that like a bit of growl! Also has an octave which in my opinion is as good as if not better than most pedals out there. FX blend is also really handy, especially when using pedals that give unwanted extra gain (my Q-tron pedal really annoyed me until I got this!) Has been kept in the Gator flight case and it's been well looked after. Here's the stats:

Dimensions: 19 x 3.5 x 15 in.

Weight: 20 lbs.

Balanced Line Out: Yes

Effects Loop: Yes
6.
Still worth watching because it's live* music, even if 90% of it is wincingly awful guff.

*Unless those Glasvegas tossers have set a precedent, in which case I'm out.
I agree, still rather depressing as each time I get excited when it's back on, and most times I'm disappointed! Really can't see the point in the Hugh Lawrie thing...very odd indeed to have him on there. I wonder what the Fleet Foxes thought when they found out he was on?! The Fleet foxes, by the way are the real deal live and are amazing, well worth going to one of their shows. Saw them at Hard Rock calling a couple of years ago.

  7.
Your welcome to come over, have a brew and check out mine if you like. You're only in Preston after all! :)
Sounds like a plan, Derren! Will need to shift the current rig first, otherwise I'm liable to end up buying things I really can't afford! Would be ideal to check it out, as I can't find anywhere northwest that stocks the Promethean.

  8. Hmmm lots to ponder, thanks for the tips Eude and Derren. Will definitely go for something smaller anyway, just need to flog my current rig. Any ideas on who actually stocks the Promethean so I can check one out? Ideally in the north west as that's where I'm based...cheers

  9. I've not been on here long, and already I'm frantically thinking of what to sell in order to get new gear!!! The Promethean does look just like what I'm after thought, fed up of lugging my 4x10 cab everywhere and this looks like the ideal replacement. Does anyone know how it compares to the similar spec'd Mark Bass combos? As in is it worth saving up and going balls out on a Mark Bass or is the Promethean the best bet?
