My first ever bass, bought in 2009! (well excluding the £40 piece of **** I bought off a mate. Currently saving up to kit it out with a J-Retro preamp and potentially new pups too, but as i'm a poor student, it may take a while.

Hi just wanted to introduce myself to the rest of you bass chatters I'm Reggie and I've been playing the bass for roughly 2 years now but it seems to be glued to my hands permanently ! Currently playing a Fender Jazz bass and started playing with a new band at uni, which somehow managed to win the uni talent contest a week after meeting each other hopefully going to be attempting some gigs around Birmingham in the future. I looking forward to learning all I can from those a lot wiser than me on here and hopefully contributing if I can!
