1. One question - Have you had the fan startup on yours? I've played mine till its got warm, not hot, but the fan never starts up. I had to unplug the little white connector from the chassis lid when removing the lid to change the jumper. Just a bit para that I've busted it...
2. OH MY WORD! Just changed the jumper (not got the fuse yet), plugged it into a GK NEO 112 cab - it sounds like sex!! What a purchase!! Thanks for the help guys!!!
3. Coolness, I'll get that ordered. Thanks again for your help
4. This looks like the correct one?
5. I just checked a kettle lead connected to my monitor just to check it - 10A 260v - is that too much? If I used that would it blow? I'll get one of the fuses ordered...
6. I have no idea where the fuses are (I'm actually from the UK ) I'm certainly not going to be driving it to buggery, not for the moment anyway. I'll have a looksie. I will report back when I have and once I'm moved the jumper. Thanks again for your help. I'm sure this thread will help others
7. Yeah I'll hold you totally responsible if I blow it So is it going to do any damage if I just leave the standard fuse in there and use as normal? I also have gotten a great deal from the US. Australia is a bloody rip off. More so than the UK. Cheers mate
8. Well I'm in Australia so the voltage is the same here as over your way (I take it you're in Ireland?) Dangerboy doesnt remember about the fuse change and I cant find any other reference to it. I have email GK a couple of times but I dont think they want to know. I'm actually getting the MB500 but I also read that they're identical. The MB Fusion also has the jumper that can be changed to amend the voltage. Ok, just a jumper change and no fuse change...... Cheers
9. I'm still looking for an answer. Dizzy - you bought yours overseas and using it in 23/240v country?
10. Sorry to bump this, but does anyone have any further info on converting one of these (or any GK head for that matter) to 230/240v? I know you have to move a jumper but do you have to change a fuse too? Cheers
