Bought new sets of strings today. One set to restring my main and the rest as spare.. Probably will use it in another years time.
BUUUUUUUUUT... I bought a Heistercamp strap 2 weeks ago. In my defense, I sold all straps that I wasn't using. 7 in total. -

I just got lucky and managed to find a very organized bunch of people. And good players as well. Plus we get on well together! No egos, we are all on the same page. We are more like a family now.
Although we had trouble with our previous guitar players, but we finally found one that fits in with us. Happy days! -
Oh wow. I used to have one of these. They are tone monsters!

Ohhhh I saw that today and had palpitations, it looks STUNNING
It was driving me crazy imagining it! I was sent a photo from tdog customs and I photoshoped a pre paint photo that was sent to me with the same colour from tdog. It turned out waaaaaaaay prettier than what I did with photoshop. lol

Not bought a thing 11 months in! Even a set of strings. I thought they still have plenty of life left surprisingly.

I should stop checking basschat. I'm so tempted with this one.....

I own 2 at the moment. 5 string yamaha trb and 4 string alpher. I use the trb a lot because of my main band is a function band and we cover a lot of genres and it's just easier to to have that low B. My other band however I use the alpher all the time. 5 string alpher is coming very soon so the trb will be for sale soon. I'm sticking with only 2 nowadays. ☺️

Sounds beautiful, where was the venue?
Camp House Inn in Grimley, Worcester. It’s a lovely place for small outdoor parties.

Best cab I owned. I regret selling mine, but I can't justify it laying around doing nothing. Whoever buys this will be lucky!

Doesn't matter if it's a playable or still needs a setup, for £60 you managed to get a fully working bass. That's a win in my book!

April and counting. No GAS yet... and I’m glad.

There are holes on the body for the pick guard?
No holes. Used a double sided tape for the pickguard.

Out of the 3 rays I had only 2 things I'm not too keen about them 1. their high freq. For some reason I don't really like them. But no problem as I seldom find myself boosting the highs no matter what bass I use. 2. their fret sizes. Too big for me.
But that's just me. For other people they are perfect! And I must admit they sound phenomenal on some well known records. So yeah...

Selling this player's Yamaha TRB1005 made in Korea. It has a lot of dings and scratches from when I bought it summer last year. (I will update with more detailed photos as soon as I finished cleaning it).
It is fully functional, I have gigged it almost every week end since I got it. The dings and scratches are just cosmetic. It doesn't have any structural damages.
19mm string spacing at bridge
Fingerboard: Rosewood
Body: Quilted Maple top/Alder body
Neck: Maple/Mahogany
Bridge: Solid Brass
Pickups: Alnico-V Hum-Canceled
Preamp: 3 band
Only selling or trading it as I finally have my custom 5-string incoming.
As for trade options, I'm looking at a decent p-bass with with a maple board.
Collection or meet up only so you can inspect and try the bass out for yourself.
