    I Have tried a few budget basses over the years including Harley Benton, J and D, Vintage , artist hybrid , Squier , Peavey, yamaha not yet tried the Budget Mark basses . thats probably next on my list to look at. all have been very good for the price point , i have actually gigged with these basses just to try them out and never had any issues with any of them if you go down the Fender copy route you can always upgrade the electronics etc if you feel the need as there are parts widely available.

FITTED WITH NEW SET OF ERNIE BALL 105/45 ROUNDWOUND STRINGS THE BASS HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALY SET UP AND PLAYS NICELY TRUSS ROD ALL OK ADJUSTS AS IT SHOULD WITH A GOOD VARIATION OF SOUNDS FROM THE PRE AMP The passive pickups are Alnico with a split-coil in the neck position and a single coil in the bridge position going into an active 9v preamp. The controls are Volume (pull up for passive mode), Pickup Blend, Bass and Treble. THE MIRROR SCRATCHPLATE IS JUST A VINYL STICKER OVER THE ORIGINAL BLACK SCRATCH PLATE IT CAN BE EASILY REMOVED IF YOU PREFER THE ORIGINAL BLACK SCRATCHPLATE.     Hi Thanks for the info The minimum internal length would have to be 1m 2cm so that case is slightly too short but thanks for the heads up il have a look around for anything similar regards Jay
