Heya fellow bassists. My band played at the Coxs yard in stafford a few weeks back and a friend of ours did some recording.

Would love some feedback on the songs/vids

BTW some of the songs are a bit sloppy as we had the flu

All three bands last night used the amp and even tho I had no PA support it was more than loud enough for the venue. Did drop the bass out a tiny but as the lower notes became some what overpowering.

Hiya people. My band are gigging 2moz and I'm supplying my bass combo for the gig. It's a Laney R3 (165 Watt I think). Now I SHOULD have PA support but on the off chance I don't is there any chance of my speaker getting damaged or will the amp prevent that from happening?

I've also not had this thing above 2 in about 18months so is it worth while me giving it a good loud test before we sound check?
