Dirty Thieving Scum.. the above is my pedalboard AND on visiting the store, there sat on a shelf was my amp. so I am a happy bunny now. I have my stuff back!
Police are arresting the kid who brought the stuff in today. -
thanks for the MM swap!! Very pleasant transaction, nice to meet you!
-
I'm going to make sure I benefit from my amp being stolen and as insurance is paying full replacement value ( I only paid 250 for the lh) I'll get the best I can for the money.. Kilo it is ;-)

Thanks everyone for your comments.. It is a really bad experience but I am so glad I took out specific insurance for my gear. I have since discovered that neither my home insurance OR car insurance would have covered me!! My advice is to always check that your gear is sufficiently covered - you never know when you might need it! Didnt cover my GT10b in time tho so I've lost out on that, and I'm going to be paying £35 per month for the next 8 months for nothing!

I must admit I am swayed towards the Hartke, its a name I am familiar with and love the extra features on the Kilo. I shall order one!

Hi
I am needing a new head to go on my Ashdown ABM 410t and 115, I cant decide between the two I have narrowed down..
I am liking what I hear about Orange's tone but there's the lack of EQ however I like the simplicity but the Kilo has loads of stuff built in and is Hartke, which I have used before and really rated the LH1000..Just can't decide which one would be the better!
Any thoughts?? -
I'm in Sheffield but they could be anywhere now!! I only have the serial number for the Hartke its LH108D00775.
Thanks. -
Hi
Unfortunately after a gig last week my car was broken into. The thieving scum stole my Hartke LH1000 head in a 3u flightcase and brand new GT10b which I am still paying off!! Luckily the head is covered by insurance but the GT10B wasn't so I'm £350 down. They left my two cabs tho.
So if anyone sees any of these two items being offered for sale anywhere please bear me in mind! -

Now I like the jetglo but I also like the fireglo.. but which one is best? Theres only one way to find out..... FIGHT!!
I'd like to think I prefer the fireglo but before I end up buying one I'd like to know peoples opinion.. which one do you prefer?? -
A couple of pictures up but not ideal.. I will get some better ones on when I get home tonight..

Wow!! O_O A gorgeous bass.. Wish I had the spare cash, I'd snap your hand off for it!!

The guy from Anvil plays an epiphone pro V with pride!! Never be ashamed of playing an epi.. They are top quality instruments for the price..

I've just read this thread and it has inspired me to go out, buy a .35 C string and re string my MM SR5 as EADGC - my band play in drop D so I have always tuned ADADG. The new tuning is awesome!! I wish I had done it sooner.. I am making use of all strings now as before I was ignoring the low A string. I can get some real melodic lines using that C. By the way so far I have had no issues with the nut or truss rod.

I love my Gibson T Bird.. was going to sell it but I can't bring my self to part with it!! I've had mine 2 years. My other bass is a stingray 5 so I feel I have the best of all sounds with just 2 basses. I mainly play hard rock / metal.

Wow! I am really learning new stuff.. Just goes to show you never stop learning.. Thanks!
-
But E# and Fb don't exist?? They are notes in there own right..
-
ive never understood why some people prefer b rather than # and visa versa, is there a right or wrong way?
-
Would you consider a swap with a MM SR5?

No I just provided serial number for the amp and prove the pedal was mine by the patches I had programmed in.. Police came out recovered them and immediately gave them to me. Cash converters were ok about it but I reckon it's not the first time it's happened!!
