Replied - btw a man of much bass knowledge at a local guitar shop told me mine has an ash body apparently rarer than common poplar bodies (I wouldn't know), and so more collectable. Hi, and thanks for the comment. I decided not to publish the serial number, as I didn't want it being used to rip people off via scam auctions ("but this never happens in Internet land" I hear you cry). Seriously though, anyone who is genuinely interested is more than welcome to come and check the serial number for themselves. Hello folks After 33 happy years together, I have decided to sell my beautiful Fender Precision Bass. It's been sitting in a cupboard beneath the stairs for too long and times are hard, so it (she?) has to go.
