"Brand new, not ex. demo or refurbished. RMI basses are individually factory built - not cloned or mass produced. To date, all RMI basses have been unique in some way, but this specific example of Aurora is radical to say the least. This model is lighter with a thinner neck - reinforced with 7-piece multi-laminate maple/ash with an optimal tone wood package. The bass features best-of-breed hand crafted Nordstrand pickups (found on the world's most expensive boutique basses, top of the range Delano preamp/pots, ETS bridge and Gotoh toggle switches. 3. Quick Bump! for the added Cables Details...

At this time, I believe sales are pending on the DiscumBOBulator, Boomerang and Line-6 DL4

I'll get details of the other items up either later this evening, or tomorrow morning...

Again - If you have any questions or offers, fire them my way!

    Rich

  4. Up for sale is my Conklin GT7 Fretless, which I bought from Basschatter Russ ('binky bass')
...about 3 years ago now. Since I bought it, it's been occasionally used for experimenting
and some home recording work, but has never seen a gig, or even left the house!

It's essentially a regular GT7 in Translucent Red finish, with a Purpleheart fretboard, which
    was De-fretted by a professional luthier. Aside from the de-fret job, it's all original, featuring;

Lightweight Ash Body with Figured Maple

Multi-laminate, five piece Neck made from Wenge & Purpleheart

Bartolini Active Pickups (Volume, Blend, Bass & Treble Controls)

The Barts give the bass real tonal scope - it can nail just-about
any tone that you set your heart upon.

It also has nice tight string spacing, so that despite it's Extended
Range, the bass doesn't feel too tiresome on the hands, and it's
slick Neck Radius also helps this effect.

There is one small area of lacquer cracking around the Volume
Pot, due to an over-tightened nut - I tried taking a photo of this,
but the cracks are too fine to come-up in pictures - it's also really
quite hard to see with the naked eye unless it's pointed-out to you.
I've spoken to a couple of luthiers about the possibility of repair,
and it's a simple job, which shouldn't cost much at all..

Ideally I'd like to find a London-based buyer that can either collect
the bass from NW6, or meet me in person, or have me deliver the
bass to them... I'm reluctant to ship due to the size of the bass in it's
    case...

Speaking of the case... the bass is shown in a Tribal Planet GX15B case,
which will be included in the asking price

    Thanks for your time,

Any Questions, Enquiries etc, feel free to PM me & I'll get back ASAP

    Rich

  5. I have for sale a DiscumBOBulator, from EMMA Electronic - whose Artists list includes the likes of Doug Wimbish, Felix Pastorius & John Scofield to name a few...

The DiscumBOBulator has recieved great reviews all-round, and picked-up Bass Player Magazine's Editor's Pick Award in 2005... simple to use, it tracks beautifully, and it's the best responding filter I've used - very touch sensitive... it's also the best filter I've used for tone & volume loss...

The pedal in question comes in Very Good condition - a few light marks on the top from general use, but it's never been gigged and never been used with undue anger... I have the original box with the manuals aswell, which are also in fantastic condition, but they're at my parents' house - if a sale is agreed, I'll post the pedal to you once funds have cleared, and will then post the box and candy to you ASAP (within a month)

    Here's a quick pic...

I'd like £90 posted Recorded Delivery

Next, I have a Line-6 DL4 Delay Modeller - A great pedal, with a huge variety of great Delay options, and fantastic, simple, effective Looping Capability... Housed in a Bomb-Proof casing, The pedal in question comes with official Line-6 PSU, with the original Box, and is in great condition - It has never been gigged, and there are no marks, scratches or blemishes that I can find...

I'd like £160 posted Recorded Delivery

I also have a Boomerang Plus phrase sampler - A rare looping pedal, used by Les Claypool among others - It's a comprehensive Looper with loats of features and options to save two different loops, to create different song sections, also capable of playing loops backwards, and the 'Roller' to the left allows you to control the Volume of each looped section, and your live playing - in order to fade loops in and out... a fantastic piece of kit for solo work, and experimenting...

The pedal in question comes with the original box from Boomerang, but doesn't come with a PSU - it runs perfectly with standard Line-6 PSUs, which can easily be bought from most good music stores...

I'd like £120 Posted Recorded Delivery

Next - A Korg DT10 Pedal Tuner - The original Silver model, built in a Tank-like Casing, very sturdy, ultra reliable... not much else to say! It's a solid Pedal Tuner - Nice Bright LEDs, and the ability to calibrate and adjust the tunings - if that's your sort of thing...

The pedal comes with the original packaging and all manuals from the original sale

I'd like £55 Posted Recorded Delivery

I also have an Ibanez PD7 Bass Overdrive Pedal - A good, solid Overdrive which can produce anything from mild gritty overdriven tones to full-on fuzzy distortion and everything in between - It can also be used simply as an EQ. The pedal features Ibanez's Tone-Lok technology which ensures that your settings don't get disturbed when you're playing or transporting the pedal...

The Pedal comes with original Box and Instruction Manuals

I'd like £30 Posted Recorded Delivery

All items listed are open to offers - though at the moment I'm not in the Market for trades...

    Cables

I also have for sale the following...

    Two Diago Powerstations

Two Diago Daisychains - Capable of powering 5 pedals from one pre-existing power adapter

One 8-Way Daisychain - Unkown manufacturer (Maybe Onespot or Pedalsnake) - Powers 8 pedals from one pre-existing power adapter

Various Adapters - 11 Extended Regular 9-Volt cables, one Line-6 cable (Which I believe is on hold for 'Katri,') Three Battery-replacement adapters for older pedals that wouln't traditionally take a Power Supply, Two Electro-Harmonix style Cables, and Two Splitters - Which allow you to power two Pedals from one existing Power Adapter...

Patch Cables - Three longer (about 30cm?) cables at the top, 3 'barrel' adapters in the middle & 7 Gator cables (approx 15cm?) along the bottom

In the next few days I'll be adding a few more items, including a Zoom H4 Recording Device, Roland GR-20 Midi Control Centre, A Pair of Tapco S-5 Studio Monitors, and a 32GB Ipod Touch... if you're really interested in any of these items, please let me know and I'll try to get information to you sooner... They are all open to offers

I also have two Diago Powerstations, along with all sorts of Adapters, Daisychains, and a bunch of Patch Cables and the like... I'll have a proper root through them all tomorrow and list some details...

If you're London-based, let me know, and I can deliver the items free of charge in person to you for a little cheaper...

Also, if you have any questions, feel free to send me a PM and I'll get back to you As Soon As Possible

    Thanks Again

    Rich

  6. Hi guys,

Continuing my clearout, I've got an Ebow Plus which I've never had time to sit-down and master... it's in perfect condition, as good as new - I've only taken it out of the box maybe 10 times at most. It comes with all the accessories in the box - Ebow sticker, Ebow badge, instructional manual, instructional cassette, and carry-pouch... all of which are also in perfect condition...

I'm looking for £50 posted, but will also hear offers

    Thanks

    Rich

  8. Hi Guys,

I've got two Pedaltrain II Pedalboards (the surface area of the board itself measures 24'' x 12.5'') in Hardcases... one is the current model, with silver metal-finished case, and the other is a slightly older model, which comes in a PVC/Plastic covered case...

Both are in excellent condition, there are a couple of stickers on the older one, but there's barely a mark on either board or either case... the velcro's still firmly attached, and I also have some spare velcro around here somewhere which I'll throw-into the deal...

I'm not sure what to ask for these - ideally I could find buyers around London, so that we can arrange collection or personal delivery or a meeting place to exchange, as they're bulky to ship...

Anyway - with that in mind, throw some offers at me... maybe £60 for the newer board, and £50 for the older?

(The first three pics show the newer board, the last two pics show the older board)

    Rich

  9. Hi guys,

I've got an Accugroove Tri112L in Very Good condition - one small, feint mark on the side of the cabinet, about the size of a five pence piece...

The cabinet's in excellent working order, there are no functionality issues - it sounds amazing, the three-way speaker config gives a great frequency spectrum.

I'm asking £300, and the cab will have to be collected in NW6, as it's too much hassle to have it posted. I can accept payment through Paypal, Personal Cheque or Bank Transfer...

I'll get some photos up once the sun's out...

As usual - if you have any questions, feel free to send me a PM & I'll get back to you ASAP

  10. Bass dates from around 2003 - the serial number '83' stamped into the bridge, and was made for the commissioning
purchaser, from the U.S... it then returned to the U.K and was bought (in a deal arranged by the Gallery) by a player
in High Wycombe, was then sold to BassChat member 'lozbass' in a private deal in 2006 and I then bought the bass
from lozbass in July of last year

    Specs ;

    Scale length ; 34''
String Spacing ; Currently around 16.5mm centre-to-centre, but is adjustable
    Neck Width at 1st fret ; 48mm
    Neck Width at 24th fret ; 72mm

Overall weight ; Around 8lbs - very light, and extremely well balanced.

Neck ; 7-laminate flames maple with wenge stringers
    Body ; Ash
Top ; Olive, beautifully figured with a Black accent line
    Body Finish ; Gloss Polyurethane
Misc ; The Backplates, covering the control cavity and LED battery compartment are cut from the same piece of
    wood as the main body.

Circuit ; Schack 3-Band, adjustable via switches in the control cavity.
Controls ; Volume, Pan, Bass, Middle, Treble
    Pickups ; Bartolini Humbuckers
Misc ; Additional Side-LEDs in Red, in aluminium windows

The bass is currently at The Gallery being set-up with a set of LaBella Slappers, strung with a low B string - in the
past I've had the bass strung with a high C string for more chordal work - it plays & sounds great when strung
    either way.

The bass is very versatile - quite hi-fi and modern sounding, but can nail that Rocky, growly sound when you dig-in
and play hard. The Schack circuitry is very powerful and useable...

    The overall condition of the bass is excellent - from lozbass' original sale thread ;

''Condition is superb - the bass looks breathtaking and could pass for new/almost new - it's clearly had very
little play time. There is just one small mark - a tiny (2-3mm) and very shallow indentation in the lacquer
on the back of the body (just below the tummy contour line). I caused this by dropping a jack plug from a
low height - the mark is not easy to find and I was laughed out of three shops/luthier businesses when I
enquired about having it fixed/flattened. To be honest, it's only apparent if caught in the right light -
even then it's almost invisible and takes some time to find.''

I bought the bass from lozbass just-before I got a big gig, intending the use the bass for said gig... as it turned-out,
the material involved doesn't necessetate a five string bass... so the Sei has barely left it's case in the 6-months or
so that I've owned it... only taken-out maybe once per month to tinker-on.... and it's far too nicer bass to be left to
this amount of use for any longer... I'd rather it got a new owner who used it regularly and gave it some stage-time.

Anyway - I don't want to post a huge thread, so I'll leave it there - I think I've covered most of the details... if not, and
you have any other questions, feel free to PM me, and I'll get back to you ASAP (though my internet connection's
a little dodgy at the moment, so it might be best if you send me your email address, as I can email from my phone)

I'll try to get some more photos taken soon, but for now, 'lozbass' has given me permission to utilise his original sale
    thread - on which, there are some of his (great!) shots of the bass... the thread can be found at the following link ;

    http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...p;hl=flamboyant

Anyway - I've set the price at £1375, which is what I bought it from 'lozbass' for - though I am open to reasonable
offers... the bass comes with a Gator Hardcase - also in excellent condition, and I'll also throw-in the straplocks,
    and a Comfort Strapp

The bass is based in NW6 with a friend at the moment, but I'll be back in London in the next few weeks, and you're
more than welcome to come and view the bass, and give it a try-out... I'll also throw-in a good cuppa tea...

I'm reluctant to ship the bass, as I've had a few 'interesting' experiences with shipping companies... but, I will
investigate the options of shipping if you can't get to London.

So much for 'not posting a huge thread' eh?

Anyway - Questions, Enquiries etc welcomed...

    Rich
