  1. NOW £180 INC. POSTAGE WITHIN THE UK I absolutely love the sound of this thing, but I've just got hold of a VT Bass DI (same sound but not programmable, and it's a smaller box so leaves space for other fun things on my pedal board), so this is surplus to requirements. It's programmable, with 2 banks of 3 programs, and has 2 available inputs (so it's perfect if you have 2 basses with different sounds or volumes). I didn't realise how lacking my DI sound was until I used one of these! It really does breathe life into the sound. It's in good condition, with a few minor scratches and marks, most notably on the edge of the XLR mounting plate. Sorry about the rubbish pictures - these were taken from the eBay listing which is where I purchased it from originally. I'll update photos when I get a chance to pick up my pedal board from my band's storage place. Price includes postage within the UK. Any questions, please shout...
  2. I haven't managed to put this on eBay yet, so here's another bump. £60 including UK postage :-)
  3. Ok, I didn't manage to get this on eBay yet, so it's still available. £60 including UK postage :-)
  4. For anyone who stumbles across this topic wondering the same thing, DON'T get a Zoom if you want a nice predictable, smooth fade in on each note! It seems to react unpredictably, even when the input is as consistent as I can possibly make it. Some notes will trigger it (but with a click at the beginning, as it starts from full volume and cuts it to zero when it detects an incoming note, so you still often get the initial attack) and some won't. There's no control for setting the sensitivity (ie. the level at which the pedal detects the attack of a note) so unfortunately I can't get it to do what I want it to do. Bummer.
  5. Ok, if there are no takers for this then it's going to go on eBay... last chance!
  6. This is gonna go on eBay if there are no takers... Anyone?
  7. OK then, this is now £60. Roll up, roll up, get your DMC-3XL here! (I can't seem to edit the topic total on my mobile - will do this later).
  8. I think I have everything I need thanks... but you can always try to tempt me!
  9. Thanks @Jus Lukin - that's good to know. It's cheap enough that I may as well give it a go. Cheers!
  10. That would be awesome, thanks! What I'm looking for is a slow attack to replicate the sidechain compression used in a lot of dance music. So rather than setting up a compressor with a kick drum mic routed to the sidechain input, causing the volume to dip each time the kick is played, I want to have a slow attack each time I play a note, to give the same effect. Does that make sense?
  11. I did my first gig with one of these on Saturday, and I can honestly say I LOVED the sound of it. Good luck with the sale.
  12. I've found the box! It was inside another box (of course). Still £125 including delivery in the UK.
  13. A bump to mention that insured next day delivery within the UK will be included...
  14. I'm looking for something that can give me a slow attack - like the attack setting on the POG 2, where you can simulate a sidechained effect. Can the SlowATTCK effect on the Zoom achieve this? Is the maximum attack time long enough? Cheers, Steve
  15. I've had a dig around in the loft and can't find the box, so what you see is what you get. Sorry box fans. I'll knock a fiver off to compensate. Now £125.
  16. I've decided that I'd rather play my synth bass sounds on a keyboard, so I'm getting rid of my synth pedals. This Boss SYB-5 is in pretty good condition, with a bit of road rash that it picked up before living in my proper pedalboard case, and with velcro on the base. Any questions then please give me a shout. Cheers, Steve
  17. Selling this Darkglass B3K overdrive pedal as I have more dirt-adding pedals than I can get away with in my current bands! It's been living on my pedalboard which is properly flightcased, so it's been well protected and is in good condition. I'm pretty sure I have the box somewhere so will try to dig it out over the weekend. This pedal sounds great and is pretty versatile with its different switch positions. Any questions then please give me a shout. Cheers, Steve
  18. Selling this monster preamp/DI box as I don't really need more than one thing with a DI output... It's been living on my pedalboard which is properly flightcased, so is in good condition and has velcro on the base. Any questions then please shout! Cheers, Steve
  19. A bump to include a better picture... By the way, what looks like a mark on the screen is just a smudge from where I cleaned it. The pedal is in good nick and has velcro on the bottom.
