Another set of slightly used strings for sale as part of a clear out. Not used by me but previous owner had advised they weren't used much. Believe they have only been on a Corvette $$, taken off then included in a trade I did years ago. I stuck them in a drawer and forgot about them.

Having bit of a clear out and have found a 6 string set of Warwicks. These were included in a trade I did years ago but they've sat in a cupboard since. Some light use by the previous owner and not taken out the box by me other than to measure. I believe they were fitted to a 5-string Warwick Corvette so the B is unused.

Looking for just £6 posted (within the UK) due to not knowing much about them and the amount of time they've been sat around.

Exactly this. I bought the other set of La Bella's which Dave was selling at a great price for a brand new set - Couldn't have asked for anything else

Agreed, this is a bargain! I have this amp and it's so easy to get the tone you (I) want. Definitely worth picking up - I always wanted to match mine up with the 4x10 cab as above so would be taking this if i could

Personally, Soul to Squeeze by RHCP always does it for me. I struggle to think of a bassline i enjoy more

Maybe slightly harsh for Sia? Yes, what she comes away with now just sounds like most other stuff kicking about in the charts (boring collaborations etc) but her early stuff is quite good. I still give it a listen from time to time

My first band was a punk band which got called Footlong Schlong for obvious reasons...we just wanted it quoted in the high school talent show list.

They didn't put us on it.

I would understand if this was a Fender from the 60s which has had all the original electronics swapped out for some EMGs, then the value would be gubbed.

The bass in question has no doubt (to me) been improved so see no issue with the asking price - which is the point I was trying to make earlier
