  1. For sale is an original Dwarfcraft Devices Baby Thundaa - £SOLD
A massive, dominating, beast of a distortion/fuzz pedal. Guaranteed to raise eyebrows and and traumatise bowels.
Adds it magic to all manner of input sources, and bassists beware - there is some serious low end contained within this fuzzy creation.

    In Dwarfcraft's own words:

"The Baby Thundaa has the same great distortion and overdrive sounds, and internal feedback as the Eau Claire Thunder! This little powerhouse has proven itself on a number of guitar, baritone, and bass pedalbaords already, and is an economical alternative to the full featured thunder."

    Controls are:
    - VOLUME: this controls the output volume. Everything from silent through to speaker smashingly LOUD
    - TONE: a broad spectrum of tonal options exist within the travel of this knob. From shrill and biting through to sub-y and dub-y.
    - The Switch next to the TONE control is the "TONEBLAST" switch which bypasses the TONE knob going increased output, mids, and general snarl.
    - DISTORTION: controls the amount of distortion, everything from overdrive to all out fuzz devastation.
    - FEEDBACK: controls how strong the feedback of the circuit is, allowing you to tune the oscillations to a steady drone or tonic if you'd like, or just totally overrun your your signal with noise.
    - The Switch next to the FEEDBACK control switches the feedback on/off.

  2. Here is the now discontinued Patch Box from Pittsburgh Modular - £SOLD

This was my gatekeeper to the magical and wonderful world of modular synths.
This box is essentially the bridge between modular synthesis, and effects pedals - acting as the case and the interface with which you can take almost any input source and patch through any modules your heart desires.

There are some great demos out there, and this pedal can pretty much be anything you can imagine - there are SO many eurorack modules out there.

The pedal has the following features:
    - an input DRIVE control that helps boost your input up the level required for modular synthesis and can also add some grit and overdrive to your input (nice smooth overdrive for guitar/bass right there).

    - the OUTPUT control sets the volume coming out of the pedal so you can either match this to unity or any boost or cut you desire.

    - two EXPRESSION pedal inputs on the back, with corresponding patch points on the top. Allowing you expression pedal control of pretty much any parameter of the installed modules of your choice.

    - three (3) FOOTSWITCHES - two of these are assignable allowing you to switch all manner of routings, whether they be modulation sources (e.g. switch between LFO or Expression Pedal sources), or whole modules/signal chains. Very flexible. The third and right-most FOOTSWITCH engages and disengages the patch box.

    - additionally there is x2 MULTIPLE allowing you to patch audio or modulation sources to up to two (2) destinations.

  3. Here is a discontinued MarkBass MB Mini Distortion - £SOLD
A wonderful raunchy and versatile distortion pedal for bass or guitar, that won't take up much room on your pedalboard.

It can cover everything form light clean boost and tone shaping, all the way up to a really aggressive distortion.

I have used this extensively with both bass and guitar, and it often functioned as "preamp" at the start of my chain, with the drive down relatively low for nice light break up when pushed, and then the two tone controls imparting some very tasty tonal character, shaping, presence, and general magic.
I also used it to rip innocent by standing puppies to shreds... this thing seriously rips!

    Controls are the following:

    - DRIVE: controls the input gain for the circuit, allowing up to +60dB, for some monstrous distortion.

    - LEVEL: controls the output volume of the pedal.

    - TONE 1:  from 200Hz to 2.5kHz

    - TONE 2: from 0dB to -20dB at 800Hz

A really wonderful sounding Distortion pedal (I own 2 and am keeping 1 for my forever collection).

  4. For sale is a Copilot FX Cubic - £100 incl. shipping anywhere in the UK

A versatile octave  pedal capable of transforming of either adding beef/heft/weight to your tone, or for building the foundation of all sorts of synth-y tones.

This pedal has been loved and used extensively for all manner of sonic manipulations, recordings, and performances. It's analog so therefore monophonic and tracks as expected: similar to the COG octaves and a bit better than my Boss OC-2s. - as usual it sounds best when playing is centred around the 7th fret and above, but when treated well I found it could track all over the neck.

    - FILTER: controls the character and tone of the octave effect via a variable lo-pass filter. Moving from deep sub-y tones all the way up to ripping square wave synth sounds when the CLIPPING control is pushed.

    - CLIPPING: controls the amount of drive applied to octave effect allowing for a variety of clean or dirty octave tones. Used in conjunction with the FILTER knob you have huge control over the tonal characteristics of the octave sound, allowing for some serious fat synth sounds.

    - RANGE switch: between the FILTER & CLIPPING controls, this switch sets the octave effect to either 1 octave, or 2 octaves below the input. The 2 octave down mode has an intentionally "glitch-y" character to it.

    - VOLUME: controls the output form the pedal.

    - BLEND: controls the bend of the octave effect with the clean signal.

    - the SWITCH mounted to the back/top of the pedal switches between blended sounds (with the clean input signal) or pure octave tones.

  5. For sale is an Amptweaker Bass Tight Drive with Dry Mod - £SOLD

This is a very versatile and responsive drive/distortion pedal. Capable of everything from light amp-y breakup, all the way up to some intense ripping distortion sounds.
This pedal has had some light studio use by myself, and has always sounded wonderful - it's filled in very well as a substitute for an amp.

    Controls are the following:

    - VOLUME: sets the output of the effect

    - TONE: a "high eq" control. Acts similar to a guitar tone control, rolling off the high frequencies. Wide open allow for some bright and harsh tones, and dialled back gives smoother and duller sounds if wanted.

    - GAIN: sets the drive of the pedal. Allows for serious range from clean-ish boosts through to all out distortion.

    - TIGHT: this controls the amount of low-end sent in to the drive circuit. Allowing you to focus the drive and sweep from more aggressive attacking tones, or fattier/woolier distortion sounds.

    - the unmarked knob is the DRY level control: this blends in a filtered "dry low-end" which recovers any lows lost by the drive circuit, that blend with the overdrive/distortion rather than just sitting on top or beside the effect. Very useful when the TIGHT control is set higher. Allows for some huge distortion tones!

There is also an effects loop!! This can be set to be pre or post the drive effect and will switch on/off with the main FOOTSWITCH.
This can allow for all sorts of routing and effects possibilities.

  6. For sale is a Stone Deaf FX Kliptonite pedal. - £SOLD

This is a very versatile pedal pairing parallel distortion circuits; one a blues-y smooth overdrive, and the other a velcro-y gated fuzz, with Stone Deaf FX's powerful signature Paracentric Eq, covering a broad range of driven and fuzzed up tones.

This pedal sounds great with a number of input sources, with all manner of classic and unconventional tones available to guitarists, and plenty of beef and lows to satisfy any Bassist.

This particular unit has received light live (housed off-stage in a rack mount system) and studio use.

    Controls:

The CUT/BOOST, FREQ, and BANDWIDTH controls allow control over the Paracentric EQ, with +/- 20dB  available. The FREQ ranges from 35Hz up to 6kHz. Plug in the Stone Deaf EP-1 to control the CUT/BOOST allowing for wah/filter and phaser sweeping effects.

The BALANCE knob controls the overall volume of the pedal, with unity at 12 o'clock and varying amounts of cut and boost either side.

The MIRROR MIX knob blends between the overdrive and fuzz circuits. From 100% of either circuit at it's respective extremes, 50/50 blend at 12 o'clock and varying mixes in between. Allowing you to balance and the blend the circuits however you so desire.
The FUZZY/KLIPPED FOOTSWITCH inverts the MIRROR MIX control. Allowing you to switch between predominantly overdriven to fuzz tones, or other similar shifts.

The FUZZY DRIVE allows you dial in the drive applied to both the overdrive and fuzz circuits.

Internally lies control over the BIAS of the fuzz circuit allowing you to make the fuzz either more or less gated as desired.

It's in good condition, with velcro attached to the bottom (both hook and loop) and comes with it's original box.
