1. I'm selling my 2005 Sadowsky Vintage series JB. Alder chambered body, sonic blue finish, 21 fret maple fingerboard, Nordstrand single coils installed. The bass is very light (8.5 lbs) and nicely balanced, the action is as low as one would expect on Sadowsky bass - you can tune it to "insane low" if you want . It has a D-tuner too. If you're familiar with Sadowsky instruments you know how these sounds - modern JB sound with a typical sadowsky blend and great slap tone. No issues with the bass other than two chips on body finish, I tried to capture them in the photos. Mooradian gig bag is included and I'm able to ship anywhere in the Europe, PayPal is fine. For trades I would consider vintage Fender JB (or P even though I'm more JB guy), Wal basses and Foderas with cash on my side. Feel free to ping me with anything else (similarity is appreciated )... Price: reduced to £1650 + shipping Pics: http://klusee.rajce....z/Sadowsky_NYC/

Just sold Celinder J to Barrie - nice smooth deal. As a foreigner I have to tell Barrie was very understanding and willing to make every single step of a deal as smooth as possible for which my thanks are going Barrie's way. Barrie is a great guy to deal with, I can only reccomend! It was my pleasure doing bussines with him, many thanks! Ondrej
3. I'm going to try next price reduction - now 1150 shipped... This try is to move it on quickly, before the reason for my GAS is gone... After that there will be no reason to hurry..
4. I've just found something I'm really GASing for, so reduction of price is here guys: 1200 shipped. I guess this should be price to move...
5.
Is the E string significantly inboard compared to the G or does one/both run out a bit?
Both/all strings are run out a bit, don't know the reason, but I never considered it as a big deal... at least no effect for playability for me...
This is an absolutely fantastic price for a Celinder J. OK it's not an update but it's got to be an incredible bargain at 1270.
Thanks for kind words! Please note that the shipping is included meaning you guys in UK are not supposed to bother with shipping much.
6. Bump... Some interest but still here...
7. Up I'm not in the rush but nice bass wants a new owner... ..and price lowered
8.
I used to own a similar bass to this in its original fretless state, bough it from Danish based Basschatter Batukarma. The pickup toggle switch has a bridge - both - neck, config. Great basses these...
Exactly, the toggle switch is bridge-both-neck and I actually never needed anything else... Man, sometimes I was thinking how it sounded fretless - because of the punchy mids. Molan, I can't say if the body is somehow different, because I've never had Update. It seems it is pretty much similar but at least the plastic cover on the backside has different shape (if it means something, can't say.. ) Thanks for kind words guys, this bass is really nice, especially the action is great which is really important for me:)
9. This is one of first models and a bit rare - made in 94, alder body with nice looking flame maple top. Really nice burst. Celinder pickups with passive configuration - the bass is light as a feather and plays nice with vintage but no-hum tone. Super low action which is issue a bit to achieve on vintage Fenders. Used to be a fretless but some of previous owners refretted the bass profesionally. Still there are some sign of "fretless" wear on the fretboard but nothing major. There are some dings here and there on the body, but I would rate the condition of the bass very high when considering the age. It was well played and well cared. Up fore sale since I'm in love with Sadowsky basses.. If you have something interesting in high end JB region, let me know. £1270 ONO shipped all over the Europe. Comes with older but still functional hardcase. Now £1150 shipped !! All pics I currently have can be found here: http://klusee.rajce.idnes.cz/Celinder/

12. Hi guys, I am the original owner of this nice Sabre who get the bass from US to Europe. Means I'm surely not the one who bought it from the store, but I played it for year and half here in Czech Republic. This was bought from some guy in NY with no info about history of the instrument but correct serial number 32908 gets the bass to one of really last Sabres made before production stop. If you look on musicmanbass.org pages, you can find exactly this serial number as: "32908...1991. Trans Red with Maple. Black pg. 3EQ. 4 bolt neck. Encircled "R" at the end of "Sabre" logo and not underneath." I can assure you this description fits and it wasn't me nor someone from Czech Rep. who have written that... Edit: Note that originally I bought the bass with black pickguard...
