Bass Instruction Book Suggestions

Facing redundancy for the 5th time in 12 years (IT was a big mistake to get into), I have had to cancel my bass lessons for the moment and I am attempting to keep my skills up together until I get another job.

I am looking for a good suggestion for a book with tablature in for practicing. When I first started playing bass I was using Stuart Clayton's 'Crash Course Bass' book but even the advanced stuff is too easy now so I am looking for intermediate level stuff.

Anybody got any suggestions?

And theres a great exercise book called fitness for bass which will KILL your left hand but five fret stretches will become second nature !
