sweeneyjimbob Posted February 17, 2010 Share Posted February 17, 2010 had a problem with my bass last few days, for some reason its buzzing when i dont touch the bass but as soon as i touch anything metal on the bass its stops. really dont know what it could be, ive tried a different lead just in case its that. itsa hondo II bass with seymour duncan spb-2's in it if that helps. cheers in advance. chrisd24 Posted February 17, 2010 Share Posted February 17, 2010 sounds like you have a problem with the ground connection, i had a similar issue with my p bass a few years back....not sure what the electrickery is like in yours but in mine the ground is connected to the bridge and the wire had came away.
