brenbass Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 Hi guys I have an old 1994 Aria pro 2 igb 30 and looking for some info. I want to get new pickups, I aint too clued up on new pickups etc. and whats out there at the minute I want to install active pickups, what active pickups will fit this bass? I play in a metal band and use a K5 kinda gettin sick of it, The aria is just an old one gathering dust so was thinkin of doin it up and using the 4 string Which would be the best pickups for the aria for the powerful tones, Bartolonis etc? Will this bass still sound like sh*t with new pickups, would I be best off sellin the K5 keeping my money and putting it towards sumet like a -cheaper range warwick <£800 budget Cheers guys any help in the right direction would be great!
