Fender Jazz 5-string (MIM) £525 Barnstaple, Devon

Beautiful condition 2001 Fender 5-string Jazz (MIM) in Midnight Wine (like a darker Candy Apple Red) with a replacement black pickguard. Strap pins are Schaller, but straplocks not supplied.

Weight is around 4.6kg, and is nicely balanced (no neck dive).

Note that this is passive, not the more common active MIM 5-string model.

 

There are no discernable dings anywhere on it, and only a little play wear at the top of the pickguard. Lovely setup and action, with a new set of Elixir strings.

 

Comes with the original (white) pickguard (virtually unused) and a Gator ABS hard case.

 

These don’t appear often, so pricing is difficult but I’m hoping £525 (including postage) isn’t unreasonable.

For anyone who wanted to view/collect from Barnstaple by arrangement, shipping would obviously be subtracted. If you didn't want the case, subtract a further £25.
