I was wondering if anyone who owns a StroboStomp HD could please do a little experiment for me before I buy one :)

 

While the pedal is powered from the battery only, could you please plug a cable into the tuner input and tell me:

- Does the pedal boot into the tuner/muted state?

- Is there any pop or noise from the output when doing this?

 

I found a reference to the 'Power Up Mute State' in their firmware documentation, so it's my impression that its possible to power on the pedal while on battery power without any nasty output pops.
