Interested in buying one of the above , lots of info on the Yam not too much on the Franconia.  Opinion's very welcomed as I've not played either ...similar price.

Go for the Yamaha. 

 

Is a well known brand and a respectable product and you will be able to sell it later.

 

Franconia appears to be quite obscure and you will likely struggle to ever shift it if you want to upgrade.

 

That said, if you try the Franconia and it 'speaks' to you and inspires you to make beautiful music then it's probably worth every penny.
