No box, one screw is missing but the pedal is in fantastic condition, no velcro and never left my studio.

This is an extremely powerful pedal that can do a lot of things

Theres a time not so long ago that the demand was so high-  these would only be on sale for minutes! 

 

Awesome pedal. But my filter needs are met currently.
