Trying to find an accurate chord structure for this, without much success.

One of the bands I am working with are doing it, but the chord structure I was given isn’t right, neither is anything I can find online.

I can pretty much get to the solo, but the solo seems so random, and to me, makes no sense. If any has any tips or ideas I would be most grateful!
