Bass Centre 'Betsy' Jazz bass £420 Somerset

It is time to part with my Bass Centre Guy Pratt Betsy 4 string Jazz in Burgundy Mist.  Difficult to get an accurate image of the colour but the body shot gives you a good idea.

 

In great condition, 9.5 out of 10 with the only blemishes  of note being fingernail marks on the scratch plate and chrome plated control plate.  Action, fit and finish are to a very high standard and the neck is fabulous.  

 

Pickups are active EMG; controls are VVT but the pickups are powered.  There is no single coil hum with these and the sound is very clear without ever sounding sterile.  I have just fitted a new 9v battery(under the control plate) although the old one was still measuring  7.6v after a year of use.

 

I have also just put on a new set of Ernie Ball 45-100 Cobalt strings (round wound not flats) and it's good to go.  Included is a Bass Centre padded gig bag. I am asking £420 collected although I do have packaging and could p&p. No Trades I'm afraid.
