NS Wav annoying hum....

My NS wav seems to have developed an earth hum.  I dont think it used to have it - well I only noticed about ayear ago.  

Its not super loud but enough to annoy me now Ive heard it.

 

I did take it to a local amp repair..and had the piezo  pickup replaced by a specially made one from USA (its an old model).  But the hum is still there.

 

Has anybody else come across this? Any ideasn how to get rid of it?
