Misaligned Artec Humbuckers

Ive just installed a set of Artec mvba4 pickups into my Gretsch G2220 bass, they're are a perfect drop in replacement, unfortunately the pole alignment is quite off and a bit of an OCD nightmare, is this within an acceptable range not to effect the tone and volume of each string? as ive no way to compare what these pickups sound like on a bass perfectly aligned with the strings.

I hope what im trying to say makes some kind of sense

The magnetic field is pretty wide but weakens really fast. Therefore if the sound is fine, just go and play.
