Overwater D string metallic resonate sound issue

[RSV60]

My 4 string Overwater bass, D-string makes a metallic resonate sound when D# note or open D-string is played finger style at pickup closest to the bridge.

 

Checked bridge saddle of d-string ( bridge is not the most user friendly)

Used different strings. But cannot locate the cause. All other strings are fine and do not have any issues🤷

No loose screws. intonation is fine.

 

Any suggestions?
