Anyone having issues withdrawing from PayPal ?

Having used the same bank account for many years I can no longer withdraw my PayPal balance 

 

My account and all my registered cards aren’t showing as available to sent my balance to.

 

Has something changed ? - I’ve a Barclays account , 3 Cards and a nationwide card
