Bass Day 2025

Hi all,

 

I was just wondering if anybody on here bought a ticket to the advertised event in London called bass day? it was supposed to be on the 1st June. 
 

I’ve had an email saying it was being postponed till next year and offering to roll the ticket over till next year or ask for a refund. I’ve asked for a refund but haven’t heard anything back after sending three emails.

I also applied for a ticket for the event, then asked for a refund.  I emailed both customerservices and Sales at Edwinmedia and both emails bounced back.  Have I/we just been scammed?!  I want my money back!

@Victor Cox Emails can bounce back due to problems with your own email service, not the receiving end. There are technical reasons for this which I'm just learning coincidentally as part of my job. 

 

Do you have another email service you can send from like GMail or Hotmail?

 

Edit: just seen from main thread on bassday europe that others have had problems with bounce back, but probably still worth a try with another email service, unless you're already using GMail in which case the problem is definitely at the receiving end.

Thanks for your advice, but I am using gmail.  Does anyone know any other way of contacting this company?
