Fender Bassman 500 amp for sale. WAS £650, THEN £600, NOW £550, Now £500 - one pound per watt!

All is full working order and in 'as new' condition. A fabulous piece of kit, only selling as I am pruning the gear ahead of retirement.

The Vintage channel is a classic passive tonestack, wonderful for blues, motown etc. The Overdrive channel has active eq for a massive range of tones, plus oodles of blendable drive from the twin valve preamp. All bass and treble eq controls have a push/pull for deep/high. To characterise the amp, I'd say it is smooth, clean and sweet sounding, with a bit of grit available if you so wish.

As it is Class D it is a one finger lift.

Complete with Roqsolid cover and Fender footswitch (to change channels).

It's great how they still use the chassis from Yamaha which is decades old. Or was the original Fender? Wish I had the one with valves. Mine is the Yamaha B100 transistor amp.
