Epiphone EB3 price drop £400 ONO £450 LEIGH-ON-SEA

Epiphone EB3, medium scale, 22 fret. 
Bought from here last year, planned to do some upgrades, got as far as a hipshot bridge, and hipshot tuners. Had a wiring issue which took a long time to sort, ended up having a three way switch fitted in place of the rotary switch as made more sense for me. 
Planned to swap out the pick ups but never got round to it, they’re adjusted to get the balance as close as possible and a decent output. 
Couple of knocks which I’ve photographed. 
Really nice neck, balance improved slightly with the bridge and tuners.

Would prefer collection/meet/I’ll deliver it (50 miles ish from SS9 for fuel money).
