J-Tone Big Bass Pickup

Currently around £45 on Ebay

Pretty much a Bass Max clone. 

Strong punchy sound and good feedback rejection

Good build quality, and easy to fit with some wood or card shims

Element is about 3mm-4mm thick

 

I tried it for a couple of gigs then took it off, mainly due to trying other pickups and not being able to have them all fitted at the same time.
