Westfield PJB380 Acoustic Bass, anyone played one?

Hi,
I've been playing guitar and mandolin (and anything else with strings keys or reeds tbh) for a while now, and I'm moving onto bass, so I thought this'd be a good site to join for discussions and for searching for answers I'll no doubt need.
I've been playing in an alt-country acoustic rock trio, and acoustic bass would sound great.
I've still to buy a bass but have been tempted by this one here which includes a hard case and only costs £120.
I've played it's bigger brother the AB858, which sounded great, but I'm guessing that at half the price plus a hard case, it isn't going to be as good.
I've also played a £70 cheetah acoustic bass, and it rattled on the frets more than the tin-man knackers, so I'm wary of buying before trying.
Anyway, if anyone has any experience of the PJB380, I'd be very grateful to hear what anyone thinks,
cheers,
Alasdair.
