This is an American Standard Jaguar bass and is rare and sought after as they only made them in the USA for about 4 years between 2014 and 2018, earlier versions having been made in Japan.

 

It is in a lovely brown/dark cherry sunburst finish with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard and active/passive electrics and comes with the the original fender modern hard case and all the "case candy" paperwork. P/J pickup setup with American Vintage '63 Split Single-Coil Precision middle pickup and Single-Coil Jazz Bass bridge pickup with Adjustable Hex Screw Pole Pieces and Ceramic Bar Magnets.  Can be used in active or passive mode by way of a slider switch.

 

The bass is in pretty much as new condition with no major marks or "dinks" and was new in 2014.  See photos for more details about condition.

 

I'm asking  £1,300 which I am advised by PMT Northampton is a reasonable used price for one of these. I could only find two other recent sales - one curently for sale on Reverb at £2,200 which seems to be overpriced I think, and one sold recently at The Gallery Bass Cenre at £1,500 which is a Pino Palladino owned used bass
