Eight Posted February 11, 2009 Share Posted February 11, 2009 I was going to ask the same question. I'd heard of people using the bottom four strings from a pack of 5 for a 35" scale. But apparently it can bend the neck? When I [eventually] get my new bass, I wanted to use my existing one in C tuning. But really don't know how best to get there.
