N64Lover Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 I found a Trace-Elliot Commando combo for £20, but it has a downside. The only sound I can get out of it is a consistent humming sound out of the speaker. The fact that the hum has a consistent tone makes me think its not the speaker thats the problem? Has anyone got any ideas what it may be or how I can go about fixing it? I have another issue, the speaker in my EA iamp350 combo is also buggered, but I know what the problem is with that and im entirely to blame. How hard do you think it would be to use the commando's speaker bypass the Trace amp entirely, and use the iamp head? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
